Selling your house

In an informal talk at your home we address the sales possibilities and discuss the asking price with you. The right asking price is important for the sales process.

We go through your house together with you. We identify the strong points and discuss points of improvement and construction aspects with you.

We then proceed to present the house as best we can, in order to interest the right candidates in the house. We do this by imaging your house as well as possible with the help of a professional photographer and by making a floor plan in colour on which the layout of the house and the correct measurements are displayed well. We use these images for publication in several media.

Eigen haard assists in the showing, we negotiate on your behalf and draft the deed of sale. We take care of the signing by parties and assist the process up to the civil law notary.

During the whole process we are your real estate agent.
