We are the point of contact for the tenant for everything concerning the house and we carry out inspections on behalf of the landlord.

Technical problems, malfunctions, emergencies and maintenance matters are reported to us and effectively solved by us.

We collect the rent and guard the time limits concerning rent increases, extensions of the tenancy agreement and notices.

When we have the management of the house, we work together with maintenance companies selected by us with whom we have long standing relations. Of course we can also involve companies of your choice.
